Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your ChoiceIdentity Monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Refunds outside of this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancel at any time from your account settings
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
- Partial-month refunds are not offered outside the 7-day window
Premium Report Refunds
The 3-Bureau Premium Report is a one-time charge of $99. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Failed reports are always refunded automatically. If the report cannot be generated for any technical reason, the $99 charge is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Successfully generated reports are generally non-refundable, because the credit bureaus charge us for the pull whether or not you find the data useful. We may still issue a refund on a case-by-case basis for good-faith issues — contact us and we will review.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@choiceidentity.com with your account email, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not issue cash refunds, check refunds, or credits to a different payment method.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
