1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using ChoiceIdentity (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChoiceIdentity provides identity monitoring, credit score visibility, and on-demand 3-bureau credit reports to US residents. The Service is delivered through our website and relies on data from licensed credit reporting agencies and identity monitoring providers.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A resident of the United States
• Authorized to provide the personal information you submit for credit reporting purposes

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@choiceidentity.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment Terms

Monthly Subscription

The ChoiceIdentity Monthly plan is billed at $24 per month via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Premium Reports

The 3-Bureau Premium Report is a one-time charge of $99, billed upfront at the moment you request a report from your dashboard. A successful charge is required before the report is generated.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In brief: monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, and failed premium reports are always refunded automatically.

7. FCRA Permissible Purpose

By requesting a credit report through the Service, you certify that you are requesting your own consumer report and that you have a permissible purpose for the request as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). You further authorize us to obtain your consumer report on your behalf from the applicable credit reporting agencies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to obtain a credit report on any person other than yourself
• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the Service by automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChoiceIdentity LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
