We are not a credit repair organization, law firm, or financial advisor, and we do not guarantee the prevention of identity theft or fraud.

You must be at least 15 years of age and a U.S. resident. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your password. Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, infringement, fraud, or unauthorized access. Business customers using background screening services are solely responsible for FCRA compliance, including obtaining consent and providing required notices.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. $1 trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before trial end. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice. 7-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions only. Monthly cancellations effective at billing cycle end.

By creating an account, you consent to receive all communications electronically. Notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications sent electronically satisfy legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

Our Services depend on and integrate with third-party services including credit bureaus, identity verification partners, and insurance carriers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, technology, and content, are and will remain the exclusive property of ChoiceIdentity LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in our Services.

Services provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Identity theft insurance provided by third-party carriers - ChoiceIdentity is not the insurer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. Insurance coverage governed by third-party policy documents.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChoiceIdentity from claims arising from your use of Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights including FCRA obligations as a B2B user.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in class actions. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.

These Terms governed by Delaware law. We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control including acts of God, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, or other malicious acts of third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for Terms violations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time. Terms may be modified with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Under CCPA, you have rights to access, delete, and opt-out of data sharing. Personal data is securely purged within 90 days of account cancellation. We retain data only for active subscriptions plus a brief grace period.
